Cono Sur are renowned for innovative wine making and the sparkling comprises of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Reisling grape varieties.
 
The Pinot Noir and Reisling gives the wine a great freshness. Aromas reveal a great expression of fresh fruit that mingles with the complexity and elegance of honey, white flowers, and notes of yeast. The Chardonnay adds richness to the fresh palate which offers good acidity, balance, complexity and an extremely elegant and delicate finish.
